Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyber Exploitation Instructor to join our team in Virginia. The role involves delivering live instruction to adult learners on cyber exploitation tools and developing instructional content for government learning programs.

Responsibilities include needs assessments, curriculum review for blended delivery, and collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure effective course design and delivery. A TS/SCI with Poly clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing cyber exploitation instruction in a classroom setting.

• Assess effectiveness and efficiency of instruction according to ease of instructional technology use and student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction. Review student feedback surveys and develop and implement course improvements to address feedback.

• Demonstrated experience providing cyber exploitation instruction in a classroom setting.
• Must have active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
• Must be a US Citizen
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate with teammates, government officials and stakeholders.

Desired:

• Demonstrated experience using one or more course authoring tools (such as Adobe Captivate, Premier Elements, TechSmith Camtasia, Articulate, etc.)

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
