Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate in External Communications within Consumer Banking to support a portfolio of external communications initiatives. The role focuses on advancing earned and paid media strategies, sponsorships, and community engagement to align with business objectives and strategic priorities.

You will collaborate with Marketing and external partners to develop content, press materials, and messaging, while coordinating across stakeholders and agencies to ensure disciplined execution

Qualifications

Must have strong writing and storytelling skills.
Experience with earned and paid media campaigns.
Proven ability to coordinate with external partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

Support external communications for Community and Business Development to highlight impact in communities.
Develop and execute integrated earned and paid media strategies including sponsorships.
Collaborate with Marketing and partners to craft content, talking points, and messaging.
Draft high-quality communications materials for internal and external audiences.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and agencies for aligned campaigns.
Assist with speaker prep and materials for field-based teams.
Monitor media coverage and report on performance to inform strategy.
Support media engagement and issue management.
