Duties:

Represent individuals in immigration matters, primarily focused on VAWA and T visa cases

Provide legal advice and develop case strategies aligned with humanitarian immigration relief

Collaborate with internal staff to ensure case progress and client communication

Draft legal documents, affidavits, and filings in compliance with applicable immigration laws

Maintain accurate documentation and case records through digital case management systems

Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, often in Spanish

Stay informed of evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedures

Participate in regular case reviews and process improvements

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience handling immigration cases, specifically VAWA and T visa matters

Active authorization to practice law in any U.S. jurisdiction

Fluent or native-level proficiency in both English and Spanish
