Qualifications

• Excellent, polished writing skills, with experience drafting FAQs, talking points or external communications.
• Experience coordinating events or logistics in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with CRM or stakeholder-tracking tools and related software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain FAQs, talking points and messaging for community and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate external-facing content: social media, newsletters, website updates.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
