Job summary

The role reports to the Director of External Affairs and the Community Relations Manager, offering growth opportunities as the team scales while you handle FAQs, content, and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in external affairs, communications, public affairs, community relations, or related coordination role.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business, or related field preferred.
• Excellent writing skills with experience drafting FAQs, talking points, or external-facing communications.

Responsibilities

• Draft and maintain FAQs, talking points, and messaging documents for the Director and Manager.
• Develop external content: social media, newsletters, website updates.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal/external audiences.
