Defense Pest Solutions, LLC is seeking a Pest Control Service Technician to join our field-based team in North Alabama. The role involves delivering professional pest management services to residential and commercial customers, inspecting properties, and recommending effective solutions.

You will maintain records, travel from your home base, and help grow our growing service territory. Ideal candidates have dependable work ethics, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled pest control services at homes, businesses, apartment communities, and public facilities.
• Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Apply pest management products safely and in accordance with regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and customer records.
• Communicate professionally with customers and address their concerns.
• Maintain assigned company vehicle, equipment, and inventory.
• Manage daily routes efficiently while maintaining service quality.
• Build lasting customer relationships through dependable, professional service.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional services when appropriate.

Position Responsibilities
