Clayton Manufacturing is seeking an Exteriors team member to help install exterior trim on homes. You will work on a scissor lift, climb stairs, and maintain attention to detail to ensure a beautiful finish for customers.

The Exteriors team member will be a part of the Exteriors department team. This position requires the ability to lift, carry, push and pull 50 - 80+lbs on a continuous basis with the ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. Work primarily involves installing trim on the exteriors of the homes while working on a scissor lift and climbing stairs. Basic measuring skills is desired. This position is expected to complete up to 4-6 floors per day. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments.

This role requires an eye for detail to make the house beautiful for our customers. Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred.

The pay is BRAVO level pay $25 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way up to BRAVO level pay over the first 30-60 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.
