Job summary

Williamsburg Landing Inc. seeks a Window/Power Washing Technician to safely deliver exterior cleaning and surface maintenance across the Williamsburg Landing community. Duties include surface prep, power washing exteriors, decks, walkways, and interior/exterior window cleaning.

Under the Field Manager, you will follow a maintenance schedule, protect areas, operate equipment, and maintain safety standards for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of power washing and window cleaning experience; residential/commercial preferred.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with clean record.
• Reading blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains exterior cleaning and surface maintenance across Williamsburg Landing properties.
• Prepares surfaces and protects areas; operates power washing equipment.
• Communicates status to residents and staff; cleans up after each workday.
• Maintains inventory and equipment on vehicles; requests restocks as needed.
• Assists in disaster/emergency response and participates in on-call duties.
