Power Washing & Maintenance Tech Responsibilities

• Become a power washing and window cleaning expert while providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction on every job
• Maintain warehouse orderliness and cleanliness
• Maintain equipment, motors, pumps and trucks
• Learn estimating and engage with customers about upsell opportunities
• Arrive before and leave after rest of team. Responsible for preparing the equipment, warehouse & trucks before and after each day\'s jobs.

Power Washing & Maintenance Tech Qualifications

• Responsible for preventative & emergency maintenance on a fleet of 5 power washing machines, pumps, boiler machine, diesel trucks, and gasoline trucks. Including oil changes, pump rebuilds, compression troubleshooting, water pressure troubleshooting, filter changes, tune-ups, etc.
• MUST be available weekdays, weekends, and nights. Expect work 3-4 days a week, 1-3 weekend jobs per month, 1-3 night jobs per month. Fluctuates seasonally.
• Preferred: Window cleaning experience but not required
• Ability to climb ladders and walk on roofs with confidence
• Ability to perform general labor and carry and lift up to 50lbs
• Willingness to work night and weekend shifts
• Willingness to operate heavy machinery and work on lifts
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have Valid Driver\'s License
• Must submit drug test monthly

Compensation: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
