Job summary

Chief Industries, Inc. is seeking a full-time construction associate to assemble exterior walls per specifications. The role centers on framing and paneling walls, installing insulation, OSB, and sheetrock, and raising walls into racks.

Required tools knowledge includes staple and nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, and hoists. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. We offer paid vacation, life and disability insurance, health and vision coverage, 401(k) style benefits,

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Basic knowledge and ability to use staple and nail guns, power tools, hand tools measuring devices, hoists and other equipment.
Ability to adhere to plant rules, procedures and policies.
Ability to perform framing and paneling of exterior walls.

Responsibilities

Perform framing and paneling of exterior walls according to specifications.
Use staple and nail guns, power tools, hand tools, measuring devices, hoists and related equipment as required.
Build headers per print and install insulation inside.
Cut jack studs, install headers and assemble components.
Install insulation between studs and finish with OSB and sheetrock.
