You will work with fellow associates to ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA guidelines, pass DOT physicals, and contribute to a premier exterior environment across Walmart facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• Must read and communicate in English.
• No DUI/DWI or reckless driving in last 3 years.
• 2 years landscaping/gardening experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Operate specialized equipment and vehicles.
• Work with associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols per corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA regulations are followed.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement upgrades.
