Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read and communicate in English.
• DOT physical and medical certification required pre-hire.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with associates to manage all landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
