Job summary

Walmart is hiring an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator in Lockport, NY to oversee landscape projects and maintain grounds year-round. You will work with a dedicated team to perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and related outdoor tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Minimum age of 21 years.
Valid state-issued driver's license.
3 years+ with clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
DOT physical and medical certification.
No DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
Operate specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
Work alongside associates to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
Adhere to safety, security, and integrity protocols per policies and regulatory requirements at local, state and federal levels.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
