Job Description

Job Duties:

1. Prepare and execute budgets, develop cost estimates, and approve purchases for projects

2. Manage internal scheduled projects, prioritize work assignments, and ensure timely completion

3. Gather capital expenditures lists and develop scopes of work to update existing assets

4. Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines

5. Control costs through price comparisons and warranty claims

6. Complete and submit required documentation and reports

7. Lead and evaluate the performance of third-party providers

8. Troubleshoot and provide exceptional customer service

9. Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades

10. Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Minimum age of 21 years

2. Valid state-issued driver's license

3. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English

4. Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving incidents involving alcohol or drugs within the last 3 years

5. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle

6. No serious traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years if operating a commercial motor vehicle

7. Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification
