Position Summary

Walmart is hiring Landscape Technician Operators in Buford, GA! You will make an impact by keeping landscapes attractive, clean, and well maintained, including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. You must enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and physical labor.

What you'll do

• Landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round
• Perform grounds maintenance on parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas
• Work as part of a team responsible for landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance
• Follow safety, security, and compliance standards per policies and regulations
• Travel may be required to perform essential functions

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping, agriculture, general maintenance, or retail
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Minimum Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean record
• Ability to pass a driver’s road test for the truck and trailer to be operated
• Necessary licensing or endorsements for operating state vehicles if required

• Ability to visually verify and read small print information
• Proficiency in creating documents and entering data electronically
• Operate a vehicle weighing 10,000 to 26,000 lbs safely
