Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Position Summary

Walmart is hiring Landscape Technician Operators! You will keep landscapes attractive, clean, and well maintained, including mowing, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, lawns, bushes, trees, and flowers. You must enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions and physical labor.

What you'll do

• Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and pruning year-round
• Maintain grounds around parking lots, buildings, and surrounding areas
• Work as part of a team responsible for landscaping and exterior cleaning/ground maintenance
• Follow safety, security, and compliance standards according to policies and regulations
• Travel may be required to perform essential functions

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to present information to groups and communicate effectively

Additional Compensation

Hourly wages range from $19.00 to $35.00, with possible premiums from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on circumstances.

Minimum Qualifications Details

Must be 21+, hold a valid driver’s license, no recent serious traffic violations or DUI, and able to pass a DOT physical and medical certification. English language proficiency required.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate’s degree or higher in related fields, certifications like CFM or PMP, and experience managing third-party vendors are preferred.
