Walmart is hiring an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator at our Belmont, NC location. You will oversee landscape projects, maintain grounds year-round, and support a fast-paced team in a retail environment.

Responsibilities include mowing, trimming, pruning, safety compliance, and coordinating with teammates to ensure exterior areas meet Walmart standards. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications and be eligible for DOT medical certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in past 3 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in past 3 years for CDL.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots and exterior areas.
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements, including OSHA/EPA.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement upgrades.
