Walmart is seeking a Lead Technician for Facility Services, Exterior Services to guide a year-round team in commercial landscape management and exterior maintenance at the Chelan location. You’ll drive service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while coordinating tasks and leveraging technology for work orders.

The role requires leadership, prior landscaping/exterior maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license; a DOT MEC certification may be needed pre-hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR is required.
• DOT physical and MEC certification may be needed pre-hire.
• Experience in landscaping/exterior maintenance plus leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians in landscaping and maintenance.
• Ensure safety, training, and adherence to company policies.
• Coordinate work orders and record-keeping via mobile devices.
