Walmart in Huntington, WV is seeking a Lead Technician for Facility Services, Exterior Services. This year‑round role will lead a team of exterior service technicians, driving landscape management and exterior spaces maintenance to ensure safety and clean environments for customers.

You will train staff, manage work orders via mobile devices, and prioritize tasks with a strong focus on safety and ethics while meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in commercial landscaping/exterior maintenance and leading teams.
• Proven leadership to train on processes, equipment usage and safety.
• Experience using phones, tablets, laptops for work order management and record-keeping.
• Willingness to perform landscaping tasks including mowing and weed control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of exterior service technicians to deliver service excellence.
• Oversee landscape maintenance and exterior building/grounds care.
• Use technology to manage work orders and document activities.
