Good Boy Roofing & Siding in Manahawkin, NJ is hiring a Service Technician / Project Manager to handle exterior repairs and manage projects from start to finish. You will perform service calls on roofing, siding, windows, and capping, diagnose issues, and coordinate crews and materials while maintaining client communications.

OSHA standards and safety are emphasized; a strong background in exterior remodeling is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years hands-on exterior remodeling or repair experience.
• Experience in project management or supervising teams.
• Strong client communication and ability to manage multiple jobs independently.

Responsabilidades

• Perform service calls and repairs on roofing, siding, windows, trim, and capping.
• Diagnose leaks, storm damage, and installation issues; recommend fixes.
• Complete material take-offs for siding, roofing, and window projects.
• Manage projects from start to finish; coordinate crews, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Serve as the main client contact and document job progress in system.
