Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit seeks an Exterior Field Training Supervisor in Seattle, WA to oversee training and development of security personnel. You will facilitate sessions, audits, and ensure compliance with training requirements while creating materials and coaching staff.

The role involves on-the-job training, collaboration with management, and maintaining training records. Requires 1+ year in customer service and security, strong communication, and a willingness to pass pre-employment

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED, or ability to obtain GED within 6 months.
1+ years of customer service and 1+ years of security experience.
Strong work ethic and professional communication.
Willing to participate in pre-employment screen including drug test and background checks.
Basic computer/tech skills required.

Responsibilities

Provide on-the-job training and coaching to specialists as needed.
Ensure compliance with all training requirements and certifications.
Confer with managers to determine training needs and approaches.
Create, update, and maintain training materials, guides, and assessments.
Maintain accurate training records and report on training effectiveness and progress.
Document interactions and report findings to leadership.
Cross-train with supervisors to serve as a backup when needed.
