Job summary

Bartlett Roofing in Murray, UT is seeking a Sales Representative to drive new business in the Wasatch Front. This field-based, full-time role offers commission-based pay with paid training and uncapped earnings potential.

You will build your own pipeline, conduct in-home consultations, inspect roofs, present options, and guide homeowners through pricing, financing, and insurance claims. Training and admin support are provided, and top performers earn six-figure incomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales.
• Track record of closing deals face to face.
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors.
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• The drive to build your own pipeline before anything is handed to you.
• Sales or customer facing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Knock doors and build your own pipeline through neighborhood canvassing.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and prospects.

• Guide homeowners through product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, and install day.
• Build referral pipeline on top of canvassing base.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.

What You'll Do

• Start by knocking doors and building your own pipeline through neighborhood canvassing. Reps who establish themselves earn their way into company leads.
• Run in-home consultations on company leads and your own prospects.
• Inspect roofs and exteriors, take measurements, and build relationships with homeowners throughout the process.
• Be the homeowner's partner from first knock to final check, walking them through product options, pricing, financing, insurance claims, adjuster meetings, and install day.
• Build referral pipeline on top of your canvassing base.
• Attend daily team meetings and weekly one-on-ones with your manager.

Your First 60 Days

Your first week is structured training. After that you are in the field, learning hands-on alongside reps who have done this job at a high level. Reps who commit to the process are closing deals and earning commission fast.

What We Handle So You Can Focus On Selling

Our admin, estimating, production, and accounting teams are behind you every step of the way. You have the support to handle insurance jobs, manage your pipeline, and focus on what you do best: being in front of homeowners and closing deals.

You'll Do Well Here If You Have

• Experience in in-home, outside, or door-to-door sales (home improvement, windows, solar, pest, alarm, roofing)
• A track record of closing deals face to face, not just setting appointments
• Comfort on ladders and roofs and working outdoors
• A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• The drive to build your own pipeline before anything is handed to you
• Sales or customer facing experience is a plus, but not a requirement. We have seen people with zero sales background outperform veterans on work ethic alone.
