Cenvar Roofing & Solar is hiring for full-time, in-person sales representatives in Harrisonburg, VA. Compensation starts at $120,000+ per year, strictly commission-based.

You will diagnose exteriors, educate homeowners, and present exterior remodeling options including roofing, gutters, siding, windows, and doors. You’ll operate as an entrepreneur within our proven platform, with brand support, leads, financing tools, CRM, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Strong interpersonal communication and the ability to build trust.
• Ability to ask good questions, present solutions, and discuss pricing and financing confidently.

• Physical ability and willingness to walk on roofs, enter attics, take accurate measurements, and follow all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Cenvar, maintaining honesty, professionalism, and a sharp appearance at all times.
• Inspect the home’s exterior: roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors (including getting on the roof & entering the attic).
• Maintain your own sales call schedule, calendar, and CRM records with precision and discipline. Maximize opportunities during peak seasons and work your book of business during slower times.
• Expertly present Cenvar’s scope of work, products, services, and policies to potential clients using supplied tools and materials.
• Create cost estimates and close deals to increase branch profitability and market share.
• Manage your personal performance metrics, including close rate, average job size, and revenue sold.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from appointment through project handoff.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and work with the team to solve problems and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly.
• Take ownership of your preparation, appointments, follow-up, customer experience, and results.
