• Previous sales experience is strongly preferred.

• Physical ability to walk on roofs, enter attics, take accurate measurements, and follow all safety procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable under company insurance requirements.
• Ability to pass the company’s background-check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Cenvar, maintaining honesty, professionalism, and a sharp appearance at all times.
• Inspect the home’s exterior: roof, gutters, siding, windows, and doors (including getting on the roof & entering the attic).
• Maintain your own sales call schedule, CRM records, and data entry. Maximize opportunities during peak seasons.
• Expertly present Cenvar’s scope of work, products, services, and policies to potential clients using supplied tools and materials.
• Create cost estimates and close deals to increase branch profitability and market share.
• Manage personal performance metrics, including close rate, average job size, and revenue sold.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from appointment through project handoff.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and collaborate to improve processes.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and organized.
• Own preparation, appointments, follow-up, and results.
