Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with takeoff software and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings to understand scope and requirements.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs using On-Screen Takeoff.
• Follow standardized estimating worksheets and company procedures.
• Evaluate material quantities, installation requirements and conditions.
• Identify discrepancies, scope gaps and missing requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing, lead times and product information.
• Review installation guidelines to ensure complete systems and components.
• Maintain clear, organized estimating documentation.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, suppliers, contractors and industry partners.
