• Strong carpentry experience with excellent finish work
• Experience with siding, windows, doors, and skylights
• Comfortable working at heights
• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with apps and digital communication tools
• Reliable, motivated, and team-focused

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with roofing systems, siding work, welding, copper, fiberglass, gutters, drywall, painting, soffit, and fascia
• Bilingual abilities

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR EXTERIOR REMODELING FOREMAN

This is a full-time carpentry role working Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to approximately 5:00 PM. Flexibility is expected based on project needs. Weekend work is occasionally available but never mandatory.

Each day, you'll step into a role where no two projects are the same-reviewing job plans, leading your crew, and tackling everything from roofing repairs to custom carpentry and installations. You'll balance hands-on work with leadership, ensuring projects move efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. When unexpected challenges arise, you'll adapt quickly, finding solutions that keep jobs on track. Along the way, you'll mentor junior technicians, improve team performance, and ensure every project reflects the craftsmanship and care that define Roof Plus.
