Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Kansas City, MO to install replacement windows and exterior doors, following SOPs and PPE while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

You will start at 6:30 AM, load materials, travel to homes, remove old openings, install replacements, and finish with thorough cleanup and documentation. Carpentry/remodeling experience and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer homes, greet clients and establish rapport.
• Remove existing window/door spaces, install replacements and trim.
• Clean up thoroughly and protect the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
