Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking a Millwork Specialist- Exterior to safely manufacture exterior millwork products. The role starts at $16.50 per hour with staged increases at 90 days, 180 days, and 1 year, and is a full-time hourly position in White House, TN.

Expect forklift and warehouse tasks, operating machinery, and adhering to safety standards. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of forklift or warehouse experience, with strong time-management and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years forklift experience preferred.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture high-quality millwork products to specifications and meet productivity targets.
• Operate machinery, power tools, and equipment as assigned.
• Receive and store stock; move product using power equipment.
• Assemble product components and load outbound trucks with precision and safety.
• Contribute to KPI metrics and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
