Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some vocational courses related to the position.
• Must possess and maintain misc. hand tools needed to complete minor maintenance repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, service and repair electrical systems including lighting, dimmer switches and GFCIs.
• Plumbing duties: fixtures, valves, pumps, hot water heaters, and drains.
• General maintenance: doors, windows, tiles, furniture, and fixtures.
