Are you an experienced and reliable maintenance professional with a passion for hands-on exterior work? Liberty Maintenance is looking for a dedicated Exterior Maintenance Technician to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

In this vital role, you'll help maintain the safety, functionality, and appearance of our residential and commercial properties. Your work will focus on exterior repairs and preventative upkeep, helping us deliver high-quality service to the communities we serve.

Compensation:

$24 - $30 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Perform gutter cleaning and maintenance
• Complete minor roof repairs (shingles, flashing, leaks)
• Handle concrete and masonry patching (sidewalks, steps, brickwork)
• Execute carpentry tasks, including fascia, soffit, siding, trim, and decking repairs
• Conduct basic exterior inspections and flag issues for follow-up
• Use ladders and safety gear to access roofs and elevated areas as needed

Qualifications:

• Carpentry experience required
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Truck ownership is a plus, but not required — company vehicles are available for use
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in roofing, concrete, or gutter systems is a plus
