Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Porter for our community, 2150 Apartments in Chandler, AZ. You will help maintain exterior areas, assist with make-ready duties, and support on-site operations to keep the property in top condition.

The role requires physical work, reliability, and basic maintenance skills. We offer monthly bonuses, PTO, holidays, sick time, 401K with employer match, health benefits, and rental discounts as part of a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift heavy items.
• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation.
• Must have general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property.
• Assist with painting and other maintenance tasks as directed.
• Clean apartments and common areas; remove litter and debris.
• Check and replace exterior lighting; assist with make-ready duties.
• Assist with storage areas and safety-related duties; distribute resident communications.
