The role requires 2+ years in landscaping, a valid driver’s license, ability to read and communicate in English, and passing a DOT physical with medical certification. Full-time hours with benefits and a competitive hourly wage are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.
• Clean driving record with no DUI/DWI in last 3 years when operating commercial vehicle.
• No more than 2 moving violations in last 3 years for commercial vehicle operation.
• No serious traffic violations in last 3 years for commercial vehicle operation.
• 2 years’ experience in landscaping/gardening industry.
• Successful completion of a DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Manage landscaping and exterior maintenance with fellow associates.
• Follow safety, security, and integrity protocols per policies and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
