Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain medical certification.
• Must read and communicate effectively in English.
• Minimum 2 years landscaping/gardening experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots and around exterior buildings.
• Operate landscaping equipment and vehicles to complete tasks.
• Work with the team to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Follow safety, security, and regulatory policies at local, state and federal levels.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
