You will join a dedicated team in a fast-paced retail environment, performing mowing, trimming and pruning to maintain an inviting exterior space. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to read and communicate in English, and the capacity to complete a DOT physical for medical certification.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state-issued driver's license and be able to read/communicate in English.
• DOT physical exam and medical certification required.
• Experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct grounds maintenance in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team to manage landscaping and exterior maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to safety, security, and regulatory requirements at local, state, and federal levels, including OSHA/EPA guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA regulations and guidelines.
• Assess landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
