Position Summary:

AAA, United States, Inc. has partnered with a company in Duluth, Minnesota that produces composite "fiberglass" parts such as wings, fuselages, horizontals, and their accompanying parts for the Cirrus SR20, SR22 piston airplane, and the SF50 Vision Jet. We are seeking experienced aircraft interior installers looking for their next opportunity in a complex and dynamic work environment.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare composite aircraft parts with high quality and meticulous attention to detail.
• Learn and perform exterior finishing of aircraft surfaces according to our production processes.
• Train in various finishing techniques.
• Perform sanding, preparation, and finishing of aircraft surfaces, including composite prep, surface filler, shaping, light primer application, buffing, detailing, vinyl striping, and sealant application.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., wear respirators and protective gear as needed, and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Familiarity with body, paint, and finishing hand tools; mechanical experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills to access and use company electronic data and software.
• Manual dexterity for precise work with small items and in tight spaces.
• Completion of the company's basic production training and demonstration of proficiency in manufacturing skills.
