Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid state driver's license required.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire required.
• English language proficiency (read/speak) required.
• At least 2 years of landscaping/gardening experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery and powered equipment following safety and certification standards.
• Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management.
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and troubleshoot facility issues.
• Manage vehicle maintenance, safety checks, and documentation compliance.
• Coordinate purchases, cost estimates, and budget preparation for facility projects.
• Lead third-party providers and support associate development through coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company policies to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
