Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supervises all component/millwork production activities for the assigned shift, planning, coordinating, and assigning work to meet productivity goals.
• Evaluates efficiency of work processes and implements process improvements to optimize productivity.
• Provides on-the-job skills and quality standards training to new and seasoned employees to ensure learning and self development opportunities.
• Meets with teams and lead workers to inform them of daily, weekly, monthly production goals, encouraging questions and feedback to stay motivated.
• Oversee inventory levels, unloading, storage and movement of raw materials, and loading of finished products for shipping.
