Job summary

FastTek Global is seeking an energetic Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), Exterior to join our growing team in Michigan. The SQE will support supplier quality, performance, and development, delivering tooling and parts on budget and on time for our programs.

The role requires a Engineering degree or equivalent and 5+ years in supplier quality, including audits and APQP. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in supplier quality including audits, continuous improvement and APQP.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer the APQP process and ensure supplier quality requirements are met.
• Hold suppliers accountable to the Quality Requirements Manual; drive improvements.
• Develop and implement supplier KPI/scorecards and supplier development plans.
