Job summary

Window Genie is seeking an Experienced Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing Technician to join our outdoor-focused, hands-on team. This role offers training on every step of the Window Genie Way and opportunities to learn window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window tinting, and holiday lighting while serving local customers.

You’ll work outdoors, travel locally, and help create great customer experiences, including payments, walkthroughs, and service recommendations.

Qualifications

• No college degree required; relevant experience and strong work ethic valued.
• No high school degree required; equivalent experience considered.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

You’ll also learn how to do window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, and window tinting, so there will be no shortage of work for you.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $18-23 per hour.

This Job is Not for You If:

• You are afraid of heights. (You will be climbing ladders, sometimes 20 feet or higher.)
• You don’t want to interact with people. (You’ll need to have conversations with every customer.)
• You’d rather be working inside. (Almost all our work is outdoors.)
