LEE & CATES SURFACE CPR is seeking a dependable Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. The role covers residential and commercial exterior cleaning using soft wash and pressure washing, with a focus on quality work and customer service.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, motivated and committed to doing quality work.
• Able to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning using soft wash and pressure wash systems.
• Clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, building exteriors, and other exterior surfaces.
• Safely operate and care for pressure washers, soft wash systems, surface cleaners, and related equipment.
• Select appropriate cleaning methods and solutions for different surface types and project needs.
• Prepare job sites and protect landscaping, surrounding areas, and customer property.
• Follow procedures for chemical handling, equipment use, and job-site safety.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with specialty surface maintenance services as needed.

JOIN OUR TEAM

Lee & Cates Surface CPR is seeking a dependable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This hands-on role focuses on residential and commercial exterior cleaning, including soft washing, pressure washing, and routine surface cleaning. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and delivers quality results with professional customer service.

Experience with paver sealing, concrete staining and sealing, or wood staining and sealing is a plus—but not required. We’re willing to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn a skilled trade.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Perform residential and commercial exterior cleaning using soft wash and pressure wash systems.

EXPERIENCE THAT’S A PLUS (NOT REQUIRED)

• Paver cleaning, joint-sand replacement, and sealing.
• Concrete cleaning, staining, and sealing.
• Exterior wood cleaning, staining, and sealing.
• Surface preparation and protective coatings.
• Pressure washing, soft washing, property maintenance, painting, landscaping, or related construction work.

PAY & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour, based on qualifications and experience. You’ll have the opportunity to build skills in specialty surface maintenance, including paver sealing, concrete coatings, and wood staining and sealing, with training available for the right candidate.
