Public Facilities & Services in Lithia Springs, GA seeks a reliable pressure washing technician to perform commercial cleaning on driveways, siding, roofs and more, ensuring quality results while following safety procedures.

You will operate and maintain equipment, assess sites, use appropriate chemicals, and communicate with customers. This is an outdoor, fast-paced role that rewards punctuality, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in cleaning, sanitation, janitorial, or labor-intensive roles preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform pressure washing and soft washing services on various surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, siding, roofs, concrete surfaces and commercial properties and equipment.
• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment, hoses, and cleaning solutions
• Assess job sites and determine appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals
• Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety protocols and properly handle equipment and chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles and equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and civilians on-site
• Document completed work and report any issues or equipment needs

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Overtime may be required based on business needs
