Job summary

SoftWash Systems is seeking motivated individuals for outdoor exterior cleaning roles in Sanford, FL. Start from home, travel to residential and commercial sites, working with homeowners, property managers, and municipalities to deliver cleaning services while protecting and maintaining properties.

What You’ll Do

Start your day from home! Then you will work with homeowners, commercial customers, property managers, HOAs, and municipalities to deliver outstanding exterior cleaning services while identifying opportunities to help customers protect and maintain their properties.

Your responsibilities include:

Exterior Cleaning Services:

• Roof cleaning
• House washing
• Concrete and paver cleaning
• Window washing
• Solar panel cleaning
• Commercial exterior cleaning
• Specialty cleaning services

Customer Service

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Educate customers about property maintenance
• Recommend additional services when appropriate
• Build long‑term customer relationships
• Generate qualified sales opportunities

Equipment Operations

• Operate professional SoftWash Systems equipment
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Maintain company vehicles and trailers
• Safely handle cleaning solutions
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures

Team Support

• Complete digital job documentation
• Take before‑and‑after photos
• Attend training and certification programs
• Represent SoftWash Systems at trade shows and community events when needed

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Florida Driver License with a good driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors in Florida weather
• Basic smartphone and tablet skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in pressure washing, exterior cleaning, landscaping, irrigation, pool service, construction, HVAC, pest control, or similar industries
• Sales or customer service experience
• Mechanical aptitude

Compensation

Guaranteed Base Salary

Plus:

• Production bonuses: 3% override opportunities
• 10% commission on self‑generated sales

Expected first‑year earnings for motivated employees typically range from $60,000-$80,000, with top performers earning $100,000 or more.
