Job summary

Gorilla Property Services in Richardson, TX is seeking an Exterior Cleaning Technician to brighten homes and businesses across Far North Dallas and Richardson. You'll operate pro-grade equipment, clean windows, gutters, and more, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in exterior cleaning, janitorial, construction, landscaping, or similar labor roles.
• Comfortable using equipment and working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and a "get it done right" mindset.
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to wear PPE and branded Gorilla gear.
• Safety-first attitude.
• Interest in earning commissions through service recommendations.
• Holiday light installation experience is a bonus.
• Veterans strongly encouraged to apply; we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Transform homes and businesses with our full lineup of exterior cleaning and maintenance services
• Operate pressure washers, ladders, water-fed poles, and other pro-grade equipment
• Work safely on ladders and rooftops (20-40 ft)
• Use cleaning solutions responsibly and follow all safety protocols
• Interact with customers and represent the Gorilla brand with professionalism
• Identify additional service needs and earn commissions for upsells
• Bring positive energy, teamwork, and pride to every job
