Qualifications

• Experience in exterior cleaning, janitorial, construction, landscaping, or similar labor roles.
• Comfortable using equipment and working at heights.
• Strong attention to detail and a "get it done right" mindset.
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to wear PPE and branded Gorilla gear.
• Safety-first attitude.
• Interest in earning commissions through service recommendations.
• Holiday light installation experience is a bonus.
• Veterans strongly encouraged to apply; we’ll train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Transform homes and businesses with our full lineup of exterior cleaning and maintenance services
• Operate pressure washers, ladders, water-fed poles, and other pro-grade equipment
• Work safely on ladders and rooftops (20-40 ft)
• Use cleaning solutions responsibly and follow all safety protocols
• Interact with customers and represent the Gorilla brand with professionalism
• Identify additional service needs and earn commissions for upsells
• Bring positive energy, teamwork, and pride to every job

As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you'll help brighten and protect properties across Far North Dallas and Richardson. You'll clean windows, clear gutters and dryer vents, pressure wash surfaces, remove graffiti, install holiday and permanent lights, and more - every day brings something different.
