Job summary

Advantage Pro Services, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on Pressure Washer / Window & Gutter Cleaning Technician for a full-time outdoor role.

You’ll operate on ladders and rooftops in hot conditions while delivering quality exterior cleaning and on-site customer service. The position starts as a trainee with a 4-week training period earning $16 per hour, then $19 per hour after training, with a clear path to promotion after one year.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Previous manual labor experience is preferred.
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to long days (Mon-Sat).

Responsibilities

• Pressure washing homes and buildings.
• Cleaning windows and gutters.
• Working on ladders and rooftops.
• Talking to customers on-site when needed.
• Taking care of the truck and equipment.
