Job summary

Division of Agriculture of the University of Arkansas seeks a talented full-time Instructor in Extension Homemakers Council and Volunteer Development. This 12-month, non-tenure-track position carries a starting rank of Instructor and a 95% Extension focus.

The instructor will lead statewide AEHC volunteer programs, serve as official faculty advisor, develop educational resources, and coordinate with county agents to extend research-based FCS programming across Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide volunteer development and AEHC programming to enhance Extension outcomes.
• Serve as AEHC official faculty advisor, coordinating local clubs and councils.
• Secure external funding and oversee program evaluation and reporting.
• Develop educational programs and mentor AEHC volunteers across Arkansas.
• Collaborate with Extension agents, CPED, and other stakeholders.
