Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programming in family and consumer sciences.
• Share leadership for 4-H youth development programs in collaboration with volunteers and staff.
• Contribute to community vitality initiatives and engage partners across the county.
• Recruit and manage volunteers; design strategies to reach diverse audiences.
• Develop funding strategies and report program impact; collaborate with the extension team.
