Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a relevant field as listed.
• Three or more years of experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• In-depth knowledge of state and national trends and data supporting Extension program development.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, management, implementation, and evaluation of statewide Extension programs.
• Deliver training and educational support materials for field staff and clientele.
• Build community capacity and address local challenges to promote economic resilience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and supervise multi-year extension initiatives.
