Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of family and consumer sciences education.
• Lead 4-H youth development programs with volunteers and partners; build new opportunities.
• Strengthen community vitality through leadership development and civic engagement.
• Identify local needs and emerging issues across K-State Extension's five critical areas with program committees.
• Design educational strategies using community-based settings and experiential learning methods.
• Collaborate with local partners to meet community and programmatic needs.
• Recruit and manage volunteers to extend programming reach.
• Develop and implement strategies to serve all community audiences.
• Collect and communicate evidence of educational program impact.
