Job summary

Doosan Bobcat invites students to join a global leader for hands‑on experience through Co‑op and Internship programs. Co‑ops are 8 months full‑time; Internships are semester‑long and part‑time with potential extension.

Programs span 18 Bobcat functions, offering exposure to corporate and production environments, data analytics, and real‑world projects. You’ll work with professionals, develop ERP, reporting, and coding skills (C#, VBA, SQL, VB.NET) while supporting dealer networks and Protection

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, Software Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Commit to the full term: 8 months for co‑op or 4 months for internship.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, self‑motivation, and adaptability.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Self‑starter who can independently resolve issues with limited guidance.
• Team‑player with a fast‑learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the Protection Plus business by completing invoice activities in the ERP system, perform record retention, and assist with reconciliation.
• Communicate directly with the dealer network.
• Assist with data analytics and reporting optimization around extended warranty metrics.
• Assist with process documentation creation.
• Assist with writing, maintaining & testing code for cross‑functional tools (C#, VBA, WiX, SQL, VB.NET).
• Assist with training dealers and field staff to ensure competency regarding Protection Plus offerings.

Co‑op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat’s different functions.

Role & Responsibility

• Support the Protection Plus business by completing invoice activities within Bobcat’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, performing record retention duties and assist with reconciliation as needed.
• Communicate directly with our dealer network.
• Assist with data analytics and reporting optimization around extended warranty metrics to help drive improvements and answer inquiries.
• Assist with process documentation creation.
• Assist with writing, maintaining & testing code regarding the systems and tools that cross functional users utilize. Working knowledge of (C#, VBA, WiX, SQL, VB.NET).
• Assist with training efforts with dealers and field staff to ensure a high level of competency regarding the Protection Plus offerings.

Job Requirement

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing seeking a bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Administration
• Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co‑op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, self‑motivation, and adaptability.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi‑task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• A self‑starter who can independently resolve issues with limited guidance.
